WellSpoke was founded by physicians and practitioners who saw first-hand how hard it is for NDs to access timely medical collaboration. Our collaborative team of two MDs and one ND brings clinical depth, regulatory credibility, and a genuine understanding of naturopathic practice to every consult.

FAQ
Does WellSpoke replace the ND's role with the patient?
No. WellSpoke is a collaborative consult service. Your patient's primary relationship is with you. We provide a focused medical opinion and return it to you; we don't take over the case.
What provinces do you serve?
We currently work with NDs in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. If you're in another province, reach out as we're expanding.
Does a prescription come with every consult?
Not automatically. Prescriptions are issued at the clinical discretion of the assessing physician. If a prescription isn't appropriate, we'll explain why in the consult letter.
What types of consults can I submit?
WellSpoke supports GLP-1, menopausal hormone therapy, medication renewals, imaging requisitions, ADHD, and other clearly framed clinical questions. If you're unsure whether your case is appropriate, reach out before submitting.
Who reviews my consult?
Every consult is reviewed by our collaborative team of two licensed Canadian MDs and one ND. All clinicians are regulated and in good standing in their respective provinces.
